Meat:
1 flank steak, 225g
Ingredients:
3/4 cup port wine
1/4 cup French shallots
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions:
Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours.
Cook on the barbecue for 15 to 20 minutes to your preferred doneness.
Slice and serve with vegetables.
