BEEF WITH BROCCOLI BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Beef: 1 lb thinly sliced flank steak Sauce: 1/2 cup reduced salt soy sauce 1/4 cup Stevia 2 tbsp cornstarch Instructions: In a skillet over high heat, heat oil. Coat steak with cornstarch. Cook beef until browned. Add broccoli florets, garlic and beef broth and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients; add beef and sauce to pan. Simmer for 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Add to basmati rice. Enjoy your meal.
