PORK SKEWERS BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Meat: 1 lb cubed pork Ingredients: 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp crumbled feta cheese 1 tsp chopped fresh basil Salt and pepper Instructions: Mix the meat with the spices, let marinate for a minimum of 1 hour. For the assembly, you will need zucchini, cherry tomatoes and peppers of your choice. Cook on the barbecue for 10 to 20 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Serve with rice or a vegetable papillote. Enjoy your meal.
