CHICKEN LEGS BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Meat: 2 chicken legs Ingredients: 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce Juice and zest of two limes 3 tbsp Renard steak spices Instructions: Mix all ingredients together and marinate for at least 1 hour. In a non-stick pan over high heat, sear for 5 minutes on each side. Finish cooking in a 350-degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy your meal.
