HALIBUT STEAK WITH PESTO AND ROASTED PEPPERS BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER
Fish:
Halibut steak, 200g
Ingredients:
3 tbsp roasted peppers
2 tbsp pesto
1 tbsp chives, chopped
1 French shallot, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
Juice and zest of one lemon
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine garlic, shallot, chives and olive oil, set aside.
Mix pesto with garlic mixture, brush on fish, place fillet on baking sheet, add roasted peppers.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 18 to 20 minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
