MEDITERRANEAN HOT DOG BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Meat: 1 lb ground pork Ingredients: 4 hot dog buns 1/2 cup chopped basil 1/2 cup cilantro 1 egg 2 tbsp smoked paprika 2 tbsp ground ginger 1 tbsp honey 1/4 cup peppers, diced Garnishes: Diced tomatoes Feta cheese Kalamata olives Diced cucumbers Cilantro Tzatziki sauce Instructions: Mix all ingredients until smooth. Shape into hot dog-sized sausages. Cook on the barbecue for 15 to 20 minutes. Assemble hot dogs with toppings. Enjoy your meal.
