LOADED POTATOES WITH FLANK STEAK BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Meat: 1 flank steak, 225g
Ingredients for the marinade:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1/4 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tbsp onion powder
Juice and zest of one lime
Ingredients for the garnishes:
1 bag of frozen sweet potatoes
2 tbsp sour cream
1 mashed avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Lime
Cilantro *optional*
Jalapeno *optional*
Reduced-fat shredded cheese
Instructions:
Marinate the steak with all the ingredients, leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cook according to your cooking preference.
Cook the sweet potato fries.
Assemble and enjoy.
