LOADED POTATOES WITH FLANK STEAK BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Preparation time: 30 minutes Meat: 1 flank steak, 225g Ingredients for the marinade: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp paprika 1/2 tbsp ground cumin 1/4 tbsp chili powder 1/4 tbsp garlic powder 1/4 tbsp onion powder Juice and zest of one lime Ingredients for the garnishes: 1 bag of frozen sweet potatoes 2 tbsp sour cream 1 mashed avocado Cherry tomatoes Lime Cilantro *optional* Jalapeno *optional* Reduced-fat shredded cheese Instructions: Marinate the steak with all the ingredients, leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cook according to your cooking preference. Cook the sweet potato fries. Assemble and enjoy. Enjoy your meal.
