GRILLED OCTOPUS BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Preparation and cooking time: 15 minutes Meat: 1 package of cooked octopus Ingredients: 2 tbsp capers 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced 2 radishes, thinly sliced Juice and zest of one lemon 1 tbsp white wine vinegar A drizzle of good olive oil Salt and pepper Ingredients: Grill octopus on each side for 2 minutes on high heat. Assemble on a serving plate, spreading out the octopus, cucumbers and radishes. Add capers and lemon zest, drizzle with olive oil, white wine vinegar and lemon juice. Enjoy your meal.
