Ingredients:
1 salmon steak
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sesame seeds
For the sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp cooked peas
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions:
Brush salmon with mustard and mayonnaise, dip in sesame seeds, cook over high heat 2 minutes on each side.
Combine sauce ingredients.
