SHISH KEBAB BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Meat: 1 lb cubed filet mignon Ingredients: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper Greek salad: 1 cup of Lebanese cucumbers cut in 4 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in 4 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1/4 cup chopped red onion 3 tbsp olive oil 1/4 chopped dill Salt and pepper Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Let marinate for at least 1 hour. Barbecue on high heat for 15 minutes. Garnish with Greek salad and Greek yogurt. Enjoy your meal.
