PARSLEYED BASEBALL STEAK AND GREEN BEANS BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER
Preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes
1 lb of baseball steak, diced
1 lb green beans, blanched and trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp mustard seeds
4 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
3 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
In a frying pan on high heat, heat oil and brown meat cubes, cook for 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except for the parsley, reduce heat and continue cooking for 6 minutes.
Add the parsley when dressing the dish.
Enjoy your meal.
