What is that?

Duck is a poultry with a very delicate taste. The Mulard duck breast, a dish sought after for its flavor, its tenderness, its surprising dark red color for poultry, makes it original. Magret is the breast of a duck that has been force-fed.

Instructions: once thawed, cooking in a pan, in the oven and on the BBQ (indirect cooking on opposite heat) is possible.
