Your choice: one or three packets of 500 g medium-weight skewered beef cubes, without added hormones. The pieces of meat are frozen under vacuum.  

What is this?

A skewer, in cooking, means a thin metal or wooden rod on which are threaded pieces of meat (beef, pork, poultry, duck, etc.), fish, fruit, vegetables or seafood and intended to be cooked on a spit, that is to say above the embers of the fire or on the barbecue. By metonymy, a skewer also refers to food cooked in this way.
