What is that?
The ribeye steak, commonly called "Ribeye" by English speakers, is the rib steak, the favorite piece of meat of many grill lovers. This piece, both tasty and tender, is even better lightly aged. The ribeye comes from the lightly worked upper rib cage area. Its marbling of fat makes it very good for quick and hot cooking, which is why it is usually eaten grilled.
The flesh of the sirloin is crossed by bands of fat, which gives it unparalleled tenderness and succulence.
Its name "Ribeye" comes from the fact that the cut comes from "rib eye", the best central part of the rib steak, without the bone.
