What is that?
Pork tenderloin, also called pork tenderloin, pork fillet or Gentleman's Cut in English, is a long thin pork cut from the loin of the pork.
You can never go wrong with a pork tenderloin: it can be cooked in any sauce, because it is marinated that this meat is the tastiest. Pork tenderloin is very juicy since this meat has excellent water retention during cooking. Very tender and without nerves, this meat is delicious and almost melts in the mouth.
As with all quadrupeds, tenderloin refers to the major muscle along the central part of the spine. It is therefore very low in fat and full of flavor.
