GREEK CHICKEN MEATBALLS BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Chicken: 1 lb ground chicken Ingredients: 1/4 cup chopped spinach 1/4 cup Kalamata olives 2 tbsp feta cheese 1 tsp chopped garlic 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Salt and pepper Preparation: Mix all ingredients together. Cook in a non-stick pan for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with Greek yogurt and your favorite side dishes. Enjoy your meal.
