PORK MEATBALLS WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE AND BROCCOLI BY CHEF JONATHAN MAYER

Meat: 1 lb ground pork Ingredients: 1/2 cup coarsely chopped broccoli 2 egg whites 1/2 cup grated lactose-free cheddar cheese 1 tbsp Italian spices 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs Salt and pepper Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth mixture. If mixture is too wet, add a little more panko. Shape into golf ball sized meatballs. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
