Meat: 2 pork chops, approx 1cm Ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper 2 tbsp butter 1 French shallot, minced 2 tsp curry powder 1 cup beef broth 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 tbsp old fashioned mustard Instructions: In a skillet over medium heat, sear chops on each side for 2 minutes, set aside. In the same pan, cook the shallot for about 2 minutes or until it becomes translucent, add the rest of the ingredients, reduce until consistency is syrupy, add the chops and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
